Any enquiries we receive are handled by us, and we will show your property to prospective tenants. We will vet applicants and prepare the lease, finding you the right tenant cheaply and efficiently.
We include a full internet advertising service using measurements, photographs and descriptions of your property supplied by you. Within an office area, we will make a home visit to check you are happy with everything and answer any queries you may have. Any enquiries we receive are forwarded directly to you, and you conduct everything from viewings to chasing the sale.
Your property will be marketed on over 16 major property portals and 140 subsidiary sites, as well as marketed locally. Our agents use the portals that generate the most enquiries in your area; if Rightmove or Primelocation is of specific interest to you, Click Here to check if your office uses it.
