Any enquiries we receive are forwarded directly to you, and you conduct everything from viewings, lease preparation, tenant vetting and referencing.

Is This Package For Me?
If you are happy to conduct your own viewings, handle client enquiries on your property, and deal with the paperwork for a rental this plan is ideal. Not only will it save you thousands, but by cutting out the middle man you can be in direct contact with the parties involved.
However, it is worth mentioning tenants are generally not entirely honest with their views on a property when being shown around by the owner for fear of causing offence...this makes it difficult to find out objections from potential renters.
You can combat this by purchasing a viewings package from us to combine it with your plan.
