Plan Four is our full estate agency service package. Like a traditional agent, our fees are based on a maximum of 1.5% of the final selling price. However, unlike tradition agents we will include your Home Information Pack costs with our elected provider.
We will arrange to visit your property and take measurements, descriptions and photographs. This will be compiled into a web listing and a brochure. We will handle all enquiries, follow the sale through to completion and keep you up to date on progress on a regular basis.

This package offers you everything - quality service, honest feedback and positive results. It is more expensive than our other plans but we will handle everything - all you need do is sit back and relax.
