If you are happy to conduct your own viewings, handle client enquiries on your property, and chase solicitor progress during the course of your sale this plan is ideal.
However, it is worth mentioning buyers are generally not entirely honest with their views on a property when being shown around by the owner for fear of causing offence...this makes it difficult to find out objections from potential purchasers. There are two ways to combat this; you can purchase a viewings package from us and combine it with your plan, or if you already have an agent you can pass the leads you receive directly to them - we are here to help!
