Plan One is our entry level package, designed for those comfortable with selling a property for themselves.
We include a full internet advertising service using measurements, photographs and descriptions of your property supplied by you. Within an office area, we will make a home visit to check you are happy with everything and answer any queries you may have. Any enquiries we receive are forwarded directly to you, and you conduct everything from viewings to chasing the sale.
Please note your property information must comply with the Property Misdescriptions Act 1991. This is a fairly simple piece of legislation that restricts what you can and cannot say about your home. You can find details on our Resources Page, but do not hesitate to call if you have any questions.
Is This Package For Me?
If you are happy to conduct your own viewings, handle client enquiries on your property, and chase solicitor progress during the course of your sale this plan is ideal. Not only will it save you thousands, but by cutting out the middle man you can be in direct contact with the parties involved.
However, it is worth mentioning buyers are generally not entirely honest with their views on a property when being shown around by the owner for fear of causing offence...this makes it difficult to find out objections from potential purchasers. You can combat this with a viewings package add on.
